Juicing Therapy

Max Gerson was a German physician who started treating cancer patients with juice therapy as far back as 1928 and his daughter Charlotte Gerson has continued his work. The Gerson Method insists on the person drinking a juice on the hour, every hour, for 13 hours a day, every day.

There are now thousands of people every year who head to The Gerson Treatment Centres in Mexico and Hungry in order to try and reverse various cancers. Like any method, results vary due to many factors – but many have extremely good results.

 This recipe is by Jason Vale – the Juice Master – and to be taken at least twice a day but, he says, if you can flood the body on the hour every hour then do so).

Make with a masticating juicer for best results and use fresh low HI (human intervention), but ideally organic, vegetables and fruit.

  • 1 x apple
  • 2 x carrots
  • 1 x large broccoli stem or several florets or both.
  • 1 x cauliflower
  • 1 x medium raw beetroot bulb
  • 2 x brussel sprouts
  • 1 x 2 inch piece of cucumber
  • 2 x sticks of celery
  • Spinach – handful
  • Kale – handful
