During 2016, with advice from friends and research on the web, I took the following supplements available from health food shops:

  • Curcumin
  • Dandelion tinture
  • Apricot kernals
  • Chlorella
  • Graviola tea
  • Hemp oil

At the start of 2017, I took an aloe vera drink first thing every morning until it ran out and then replaced it with a probiotic (containing Vitamin C too) which I took with breakfast.  And when the Chlorella ran out I replaced it with Spirulina.

After the interview with Patricia Peat, Nutritionist,  Cancer Options in April 2017, I changed the supplements at her suggestion to the following, as these best suit my situation (and time to change from Curcumin):

  • Vitamin A* – 1 daily
  • Vitamin D3* – 1 daily (although her report said 2 daily)
  • Vitamin K complex* – 1 daily
  • Boswellia Serrata* – 3  daily
  • Bromelain* – 3 daily
  • Low dose gastro friendly aspirin

  • Hemp oil – 1-2 tbsp. daily
  • Graviola and Quebra Pedra tea

*.These are purchased from Your Health Basket, the aspirin from Boots and Hemp Oil from Holland and Barrett.  The teas from Natures Corner

From August 2017, I have:

  • increased the Vitamin D3 to 2 per day (as per Cancer Options report) taken with a tbsp of Hemp OIl (so that has increased to 2 tbsp a day)
  • increased Boswellia Serrata to 4 per day

and added:

  • Cannabis Oil (CBD Oil from Holland and Barrett) – 2-3 drops x 3 daily
  • Wheatgrass (dried by Bioglan)

From October 2017:my supplements became:

  • Vitamins, A D (double dose) and K plus Bromelain (web says not advisable with blood thinners and Dr J says ”I could be putting myself at risk”, i.e. blood not able to coagulate.  Patricia Peat at Cancer Options said go ahead, try it,  the combination of blood thinners and Bromelain and if my gums start to bleed then stop the combination). KIV Bromelain replaces the Boswellia Serrata as the latter had run out and I think that is a good time to move to something new for the body.
  • Continued with CBD oil
  • Swapped wheatgrass for chlorella
