Supplements

During 2016, with advice from friends and research on the web, I took the following supplements available from health food shops:

  • Curcumin
  • Dandelion tinture
  • Apricot kernals
  • Chlorella
  • Graviola tea
  • Hemp oil

At the start of 2017, I took an aloe vera drink first thing every morning until it ran out and then replaced it with a probiotic (containing Vitamin C too) which I took with breakfast.  When the Chlorella ran out I replaced it with Spirulina.

After the interview with Patricia Peat, Nutritionist,  Cancer Options in April 2017, I changed the supplements at her suggestion to the following, as these best suit my situation:

  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin D3
  • Vitamin K
  • Boswellia Serrata
  • Bromlein
  • Low dose gastro friendly aspirin
