Supplements

During 2016, with advice from friends and research on the web, I took the following supplements available from health food shops:

  • Curcumin
  • Dandelion tinture
  • Apricot kernals
  • Chlorella
  • Graviola tea
  • Hemp oil

At the start of 2017, I took an aloe vera drink first thing every morning until it ran out and then replaced it with a probiotic (containing Vitamin C too) which I took with breakfast.  When the Chlorella ran out I replaced it with Spirulina.

After the interview with Patricia Peat, Nutritionist,  Cancer Options in April 2017, I changed the supplements at her suggestion to the following, as these best suit my situation (time to change from Curcumin):

  • Vitamin A*
  • Vitamin D3* – twice daily
  • Vitamin K*
  • Boswellia Serrata* – 3 daily
  • Bromelain* – 3 daily
  • Low dose gastro friendly aspirin

Plus:

  • Hemp oil – 1-2 tbsp. daily
  • Graviola tea

*.These are purchased from Your Health Basket, the aspirin from Boots and Hemp Oil from Holland and Barrett

From August 2017, I have added:

  • Cannabis Oil (CBD Oil from Holland and Barrett) – 2-3 drops x 3 daily
  • Wheatgrass (dried by Bioglan)
